Regular servicing is the key to getting the best from your generator.

Our experts maintain and support a wide range of industrial generators throughout NSW. Minimise the risk of breakdown and help to ensure longevity with a maintenance plan.

We offer bespoke generator service packages, ranging from monthly inspections to three -monthly, six-monthly and annual services. Our engineering team can advise on the right options for you, depending on the size of your generator and how regularly it’s in use.

Powerlite Australia’s generator service team can provide a quotation for a maintenance program that is tailored to suit your specific needs taking into account you’re operating requirements, required reliability and your budget.

During each maintenance visit, the engine is inspected, checked and adjusted if necessary. At the completion of each visit a detailed report itemising the check list results and any components requiring attention or faults found is provided. We can also provide a quotation for any additional work required outside the specific maintenance contract. During the annual service oil, oil filter, fuel filter and water filter elements are replaced amongst other engine requirements.

When maintenance is undertaken or repairs are required, only replacement parts manufactured to the same exacting standards and specification as the original components are used. We understand the precise demands on each component in use and that the replacement parts must perform as per the original design, if engine reliability is to be maintained.
